I am an artisan Chocolatier. I do all my tempering by hand and not by machine. I use natural oils not artificial flavours. All my chocolate is gluten free at source and nut free. Plus the dark chocolate is dairy free. We love creating individual pieces, and specialise in chocolate with an equine theme.
