The Dirty Duck has recently been completely refurbished, and reopened on 15th July 2016, after being closed for nearly 2 years.
The bar has been opened up and offers a spacious atmosphere, in a rustic style where you can eat good food at a reasonable price, or sit and have a well-earned beverage, after a long walk or a busy day at work.
There is a large Beer Garden, looking on to the canal, which runs right past the pub, with wooden tables dotted about, between newly planted trees.
There are also a few comfy sofas on the Patio, where you can sit and relax in the sun and enjoy the beautiful views of the local countryside, with Belvoir Castle sitting in the background. The sunsets in the summer are spectacular.
