We are a 2AA Rosette restaurant in Nottinghamshire and feature in the Michelin Guide 2017/2018. Everything is made fresh, from the bread through to the ice cream and we pride ourselves on our award winning food, seasonal menus and quality service. Our main menu is our A La Carte and we also offer a set “Early Bird” and some amazing, simpler brasserie classics. The team at Langar Hall are a family continuing the great work Imogen achieved, cooking local, quality produce from Belvoir game to Blackberry farm beef with love, passion and a twist of the unordinary..
Standout dishes include the assiette of Langar lamb and the soufflés, and the Yorkshire rhubarb soufflé is not to be missed when on the menu. Even the vegetarian dish of kale fritters was delicious, as was a starter of artichoke with Parmesan crust.
At Langar Hall we aim to do something for everyone, we pride ourselves on a unique & personable service in keeping with the warmth and good memories that it certainly had as a family home.
Exclusive use of The Drawing Room provides the freedom to relax and entertain your guests at leisure. The sixteenth-century hall features antique suits of armour and weaponry that are framed by two grand open fireplaces. A large oak table set for dinner marks the centrepiece of the opulently furnished Drawing Room to complete the splendour of the occasion.
To conclude the evening, you and your guests can enjoy our fine accommodation and retire for a luxurious and peaceful night before waking the next morning to a full English breakfast served in the Breakfast Room. Comfortable alternative accommodation options are also available in the village and the immediate surrounding area.
