Practice mindfulness and present moment awareness through the ancient practices of Yoga and tea drinking accompanied by a delicious piece of cake (eaten mindfully of course ?)
Costs £6 per person (which includes a donation of £1 to HOPE cancer charity)
All refreshments will be charged separately at the cafe.
Rejuvenate from top to toe, bringing together your mind, body and spirit (into union – the true meaning of Yoga) whilst combining stretching and strengthening postures with deep breathing and meditation. These classes aim to improve your health and wellbeing, strengthening the body – building core strength and improving flexibility and balance, whilst aiding relaxation and stilling the mind – enhancing sleep quality and helping to relieve stress, anxiety and depression.
These sessions will take place outdoors surrounded by nature (weather permitting).
Please note that if the elements are not so kind, we have an indoor alternative.
