Where is the festival held?

The Waterfront Festival is held at Canalhouse, Canal Street, Nottingham, NG1 7EH.

What time does the festival start and end?

Doors open at 1pm and the venue will close around 2am at the earliest.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

We usually have tickets available on the door, but we often sell out so it is recommended that if you haven’t bought in advance, you come down early.

I’ve bought tickets online but I haven’t received physical tickets, what do I do?

Your name will be on the door. Please bring your ticket purchase confirmation – you will not be able to get in without this.

I’ve bought a ticket online but I can’t go now, can I transfer it into somebody else’s name?

If you wish to do this please email info@waterfrontnotts.com and we will sort this out for you.

I want to buy a ticket in advance but don’t want to pay booking fees, what can I do?

Physical tickets are available at face value from Canalhouse AND Forever Records, Nottingham.

Are children allowed and do they have to buy tickets?

Under 18s are allowed at the festival until 7pm if they are accompanied by an adult. Please note that under 18s are only allowed in the outside area due to the licensing restrictions of the venue. Tickets for children aged 14 and under are free, everybody else is full price.

Who are your sponsors?

Our extremely kind sponsors this year are Gigantic Tickets, Laguintas Brewing Company, Castle Rock and Leftlion.

Where can I find stage times for the bands?

Up to date stage times can always be found on the Facebook event. Please note that timings are subject to change.

If I want to leave and come back, can I do that?

Yes. On arrival you will be given a wristband which will get you back into the festival if you leave. Please note that when you leave security will ask you if you are coming back, and remove your wristband if you say you are not – this is so we can do one-in-one-out after we have sold out.

The festival is raising money for 2 charities this year, how do you split the proceeds?

After we have paid all the festival costs, all proceeds will be split equally between the two charities.

Will you have any merch available to buy?

We will not have T-shirts to buy this year, but you will be able to buy small pieces of merch like keyrings and badges. You can also buy raffle tickets to win some of our amazing Notts-centric prizes!

Are dogs allowed?

Due to the sheer volume of people in the venue, we would prefer it if you left your furry friends at home.
