Join us for 75 minute yoga practice in the barn followed by a glass of wine and toasted marshmallows by the fire.
Selina will guide you through a fire element practice to build warmth. You will work with traditional pranayama (breath work), meditation, longer held poses and vinyasa flow to warm the body from the inside out strengthening your third chakra. With a healthy fire element you have a greater capacity affection, joy, compassion, generosity and enthusiasm. Selina will use DoTERRA essential oils throughout the practice and you will learn the many benefits of using natural oils to support your yoga practice.
After your class, feeling toasty and warm you’ll be ready to head outside to the roaring fire pit to enjoy a socially distanced glass of local wine and toasted marshmallows together, (vegan/ vegetarian variations available). Selina will be on hand to discuss any elements of the practice, from meditation to essential oils.

About your teacher Selina
Selina owns MalaMoon yoga and is a 200 hour RYT qualified instructor training under Swami Maha-taranada in Arizona USA. Selina came to yoga a few years ago after suffering an injury that prevented her usual running. She found the benefits of yoga on her mind to be a powerful tool in managing daily pressures and soon set about practicing in various corners of the world from Ibiza to Bali until she eventually decided to take the step to qualify as an instructor. The drive for this was so that she could share with others the healing benefits of yoga.
She is currently studying for her 500 hour RYT qualification, where she is deepening her own practice and learning lots of new aspects of yoga that she can bring to her students.
To ensure the quality of your personal experience, group size will be limited. If we do not reach the minimum number of 8 people the session will not go ahead.
