FRIDAY 11th
The Noels Arms: ‘Real Monsters’ 8pm
‘The Kilt’ has been requested! Friday frolics are assured….Come down all you lovely people, drink, dance and be merry!
‘Real Monsters’ – Rock of ALL ages. This highly skilled line-up of musicians has come together to perform Rock from all ages. I Really love these guys, since they stormed the stage, and various tables around the Room at the Melton Beer Festival, with singer Adam (although due to my problem with names is qyuite often ALEX) , Guitarist Jon, and Bassist all wireless, they were right there amongst the crowd. Real Monsters smashed it out of The Park at Back to The 80’s! The stage experience these guys have, is almost immeasurable, their wealth of knowledge, technical ability and stage craft will shine through in every performance – ensuring “You’re gonna love every second… of every song!” High energy – high impact, these guys rock!
From the Band:
Real Monsters, legends in their own rehearsal garage, will be at the Noel’s Arms this Saturday. A spring cocktail of sweet and superb guitar finery, frantic drumming, full-fat basslines and front-man frolicking is to be done solely for your pleasure, well, we may get a beer out of it…..loud chorus singalongs and ridiculous dancing is absolutely required!

The Geese and Fountain (Croxton Kerrial): ‘Bang it Strum It’ 9pm
Featuring the wonderful talents of Ray Callcut and Andy Lamb from Drivin’ Miss Crazy, Reckless and the Worx, and Andy Lamb from The Boutones. They’ll be playing some fun and popular tunes for your delight.
The Guys return to the Geese and Fountain, to help us celebrate the re-awaking of the pub from its traditional winter hibernation (that’s being closed for a week, in other words).
Rocking through a set list of classic rock covers, Ray and Andy will banish the winter blues in their very own inimitable style – loudly and with cheeky grins on their faces! It’s the perfect antidote to January. Friday night in the village pub with lots of great music, a few beers and a bite to eat.
