You may remember last summer when Chris Sidwells joined us with his highly successful talk about the history of the TDF. If you didn’t see him then, you missed a treat!
To kick off the Caffe Velo Verde events for the year, renowned author, journalist and podcaster Chris will be at CVV on the eve of the first Classic Race of the 2022 professional cycling season, with a talk about the history of the five single-day races known as The Monuments of Cycling; Milan-San Remo, Ronde yan Vlaanderen, Liège-Bastogne-Liège and Il Lombardia.
Join us for what is sure to be a fascinating insight into these races and the characters behind them.
Doors will open at 6:30pm.
Attendees are welcome to bring their own refreshments.
