SATURDAY 25th May
The Geese and Fountain (Croxton Kerrial): ‘Triple J Trio’ 9pm Part of 50 Not Out Beer Festival
Triple J Trio are a blues-rock band featuring lifetime music industry veteran and drumming powerhouse Jeff Rich, best known as a former drummer in the English rock band Status Quo. On blues guitar and vocals is the young(ish), larger than life Yorkshireman, ten year professional, Jamie Godfrey. Completing the line-up is Andy Pearson, a seasoned and sensational bass player.
Jeff and Jamie formed Triple J Trio in early 2015 and were later joined by Andy. In that time, the trio has played some great shows and seen their first full-length album take shape, Chapter 1. The album features songs that cater for all tastes, with roots firmly planted in the British power trio tradition of classic blues rock.

Absolutely smashed it last time as the video below will show! Really happy these guys are back in town.
Although sounding like something you could bring back from Amsterdam, red light fever is actually a fun, loud and Rockin’ 5-piece covers band from Melton. Playing and eclectic mix of some of the greatest Rock and Punk songs from past and present. So, come to down to the Noels this Saturday night. we promise the worst thing you’ll catch is a Rockin’ beat.

You may not have heard of Zone Eleven yet but there’s at least 3 familiar faces (we’ve got Analogue Haze’s Matt on drums).
If you like a bit of INXS, Elbow, Kasabian, Pulp or Muse we’re gonna be right up your street. It’d be great to see you there, lets see if we can take the roof off the place in true Genny B style. See you there..Andy, Chris, Matt & Dom

The Grapes: ‘Chasing Embers’ 10pm (Debut)
”Stanford scientists created a sound so loud it instantly boils water”
I saw this headline on a Facebook post the other day and it got me to thinking, those boffins in their labs with all their pipes and “frikkin’ laser beams” don’t know anything.
They’ve clearly never heard our Drummer!
In case you’re wondering, the sound pressure equivalent of this experiment was 270 decibels. That’s louder than a launch and equal to the intensity of directing all the
power in an entire city onto one spot. It is not however, louder than a Chasing Embers gig.
Anyways, I got my science on last night and worked out if I twiddle the dipthong and recalibrate the flux capacitor then your beer will be safe on Saturday night; we’ll keep the volume to 269dB Safety first people!
Yep, Saturday night is the night Meltonian’s have been talking about all week, Aga, Catherine, John, Peter and Karl a.k.a. Chasing Embers are bring our roadshow to The Grapes! Our first time in your fine county and we can’t wait!
