It’s nearly that time of year again, we’re gearing up for the annual Scarecrow weekend! ? This years theme is ANIMATION, which gives plenty of scope for lots of cracking scarecrows! Free entrance and car parking, programme of events and children’s competition £2. We have lots of street entertainment and the annual chariot race on Sunday afternoon, with a prize for the winner, the best dressed and the best chariot. This year, for the first time, we are delighted to welcome ‘Raptor’ the 4 metre moving dinosaur, who will be here all day on Sunday!
Our chosen charity this year is the Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit at the QMC, as well as our local village groups.
