With witty, incisive lyrics, great tunes and a delivery full of energy, anger and fun all rolled up together, Steve White is usually found as the front man for London-based band The Protest Family. His solo shows are a stripped back, semi-acoustic version of the same experience: no less commitment, but a little less drum’n’bass.
Steve was a genuine delight when he sang at the Geese & Fountain a couple of years ago, his songs make you angry, sad, outraged but ultimately uplifted at the possibilities for a better world.
