Taking a new look at this low-fat food and bringing exciting flavours to some old favourites.

On previous courses we have covered such dishes as One pot roast Guinea foul, Five spiced pigeon breast with a warm cracked wheat salad and pheasant braised with cider and apples.

 

To complete a booking, transfer the relevant fee to Manor Farm Cookery School (sort code 60-93-03, account number 00312398), print out and return a Booking Form for each student and a Children’s Disclaimer Form for those under 18 and send them to us by either email or post.  You’ll receive an email confirmation of the place/s when all the documents have arrived.
