This event is one week ahead of the main Macmillan fundraiser.

There will be continual demonstrations from 11am on how to make various tempting treats, including scones, choux pastry, etc – with examples from cinnamon swirls to choux buns with chive and cheese fillings.  Entrance by donation to Macmillan (£5 minimum, please), with tea, coffee, soft drinks and nibbles available from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
