This cottage has been lovingly restored with great attention to detail. Pretty tiling, carefully selected furniture and tasteful redecoration have really transformed the property.
This cottage makes an ideal base for everyone. There are beautiful walks and renowned cycling on the doorstep by Grantham Canal and Belvoir Castle. There are also many options for horse riders. There are a wide selection of country pubs offering award-winning food. You will enjoy fantastic scenery and many varied attractions in the local area. Belvoir Castle is a couple of miles away and within view of Barkestone le Vale. Rutland water and numerous country houses are in the vicinity. Families are well catered for too: all local pubs welcome children and dogs, and days out include the nearby Twin Lakes farm/theme park for children with petting farm and roller coaster rides.
We welcome families including their children and pets as well as couples looking for a romantic getaway. Our patio area and garden is completely enclosed, making looking after the children easy, and the barbeque and wood fired chiminea should ensure you can make the most of an evening glass of wine.
