Welcome to Round Corner Brewing

From November of 2018, you’ll find us making beer in the End Shed at Melton Mowbray Market, in the heart of the East Midlands. It’s the centre of a thriving agricultural economy and a mecca for raw, real flavours that can’t be found anywhere else.

We’ve chosen to build our brewery here at the heart of things because the conditions are ideal for making an exceptional product that’s a reflection of a unique region and its natural richness. It’s an opportunity to get back to the first principles of brewing – the highest quality local ingredients, patience, restraint and the kind of finesse that can’t be faked.

We aim to make uncommonly great beer that’s a joy to drink. Beer that’s from the farm and field, not a trading estate.
