The Melton legend that is Mr Ray Callcut returns to the Geese & Fountain to help us celebrate the return of summer and the ending (we hope) of Covid restrictions.
Two hours of Ray strumming and strutting his way through a selection of guitar rock classics from Don Henley, Bryan Adams, Bruce Springsteen, Billy Idol, and lots more … all with a full-on delivery that is as energetic as it is accomplished.
Ray is an outstanding guitarist, and an even better entertainer. We guarantee your toes will be tapping and you will find yourself singing along before you know it.
Ray has been a staple of Melton’s music scene now for many years, in bands such as Reckless The Worx, Revolver and Drivin’ Miss Crazy. He’s also worked extensively as a session musician with some of the top names in the industry, after touring Europe as lead guitarist of 80s hit act Ya-Ya. We’re delighted to have him back at the Geese, and we know he’ll give us a party.
The forecast looks great, the beer will be flowing and the tunes will be top notch. Food will be available until 7pm.
