Sustenance and science on Ada Lovelace Day, Join us for a lecture and lunch where we will be ‘Exploring Mars’.

Speaker Professor John Bridges SFHEA, a planetary scientist from the University of Leicester, will give insight into the exploration of Mars and the challenges faced. Afterwards enjoy a light lunch and friendly discussion.

Ada was the ‘first computer programmer’ and also foresaw digital computers, without which space exploration wouldn’t be possible.
