Paying homage to Alice in Wonderland, guests will be treated to croquet on the lawn, giant outdoor chess and ‘Pin the Grin’ on the Cheshire cat. A selection of bespoke cocktails will be served, dreamed up by the Balloon Bar’s resident mixologist.
Themed cocktails created especially for the event include Mad Hatter’s Breakfast Martini, White Rabbit, Crushed Cherry Tart, Castle of Balloons and Sipping Glass.
Afternoon tea will be served in two sittings; 12.00-14.00 and 15.00-17.00, with a maximum of 32 places for each sitting, accompanied by finger-style guitar music from Nigel Truman. The Balloon Bar has two booths seating six people per booth and a further five booths seating four people per booth.
