Dishes to welcome in the abundance of Autumn fruit and veg. On previous courses we have covered such dishes as courgette fritters, celeriac & chestnut soup with truffle oil,
roast pork belly with coriander & fennel crackling
and Dorset apple cake
To complete a booking, transfer the relevant fee to Manor Farm Cookery School (sort code 60-93-03, account number 00312398), print out and return a Booking Form for each student and a Children’s Disclaimer Form for those under 18 and send them to us by either email or post. You’ll receive an email confirmation of the place/s when all the documents have arrived.
