Andrea Wallace will teach you the knife skills and knowledge you need to be a dab hand at filleting your choice.
On previous courses we have covered such dishes as Seafood Paella, oriental pan fried mackerel, fish en paupiette, thai fish cakes.
To complete a booking, transfer the relevant fee to Manor Farm Cookery School (sort code 60-93-03, account number 00312398), print out and return a Booking Form for each student and a Children’s Disclaimer Form for those under 18 and send them to us by either email or post. You’ll receive an email confirmation of the place/s when all the documents have arrived.
