Wedding Packages
Start your celebrations with a fabulous drinks reception. We can offer a choice of stunning settings for you to share drinks and canapes. On glorious summer days you might like to enjoy the colourful Rose Garden in front of the Castle, or sip Champagne in the splendour of the Castle’s Picture Gallery, Ballroom or Guardroom.
Wedding breakfasts are served in the majestic State Dining Room, with seating for up to 120 guests.
After spending the formal part of your wedding day in the Castle’s stately rooms you have the opportunity to go ‘below the stairs’ to continue your celebrations. Guests can choose to dance the night away in the atmospheric Old Kitchen, or relax on the comfortable leather furniture of the Old Servants Hall with its own bar. It really does give you the best of both worlds.

We have a wealth of experience in the coordination of your very special day and work with the region’s leading suppliers to help make your dreams a reality. Food and Drink

The Castle has a comprehensive and creative range of wines, from the popular easy drinking styles through to the traditional and more unusual, rare and sought after products throughout the UK.

Entertainment
We are happy to recommend and organise all the entertainment you need to add the final flourish to your big day. From Disco’s and DJ’s to string quartets or steel bands.
We have a number of ideas which are special to the Castle which make unique touches for you and your guests to remember.
Let the Castle Piper lead your guests out onto the Cannonade to watch the firing of the Dukes Cannons by the Castle Cannon Master. Watch an amazing firework display, arrange transport by London Bus, or take a carriage ride in the park. The wedding team look forward to working with you to tailor make your day.
Civil Ceremonies
For those of you who have chosen to hold a civil ceremony we have two fabulous rooms to choose from. We are licensed to hold civil wedding ceremonies in both the Guardroom and Ballroom.
The Guardroom, traditionally the grand entrance to the Castle, has high ceilings and open fires on either side. The walls are adorned with a fine display of military treasures providing an impressive but romantic setting for your nuptials. The grand staircase descends two floors and makes for a dramatic entrance by the bride with guests looking on in wonder. The Guard Room is licensed for upto 100 guests.
The Ballroom has floor-to-ceiling stained glass windows, ornate chandeliers and gothic archways, creating an elegant, fairytale setting for your ceremony. The room is modelled on Lincoln Cathedral and is licensed for upto 120 guests.
With such high ceilings it is also the perfect setting for Asian ceremonies – having the capacity for a splendid Mundup and grand entrance for the bride and groom.
The marquee comes into it’s own for the larger wedding party with the flexibility required to create the day of your dreams.
We welcome all faiths, religions and civil partnerships at Belvoir and have conducted many types of ceremonies over the years.
