With the cold weather upon us, why not add some hearty, tasty recipes to your winter recipe collection? Our tutor will tailor the course to suit the students’ allergies, intolerances and dietary requirements and recipes may include: celeriac & truffle soup, simple focaccia, mushroom ragout with soft polenta, Persian lamb tagine with fruity couscous, venison pie with leek & celeriac mash, oriental stir fry, chocolate & pear pudding, sticky rhubarb cake or hot chocolate & orange soufflé. Students will eat some of their dishes for lunch and have plenty to take home to show-off and (perhaps?!) share.

To complete a booking, transfer the relevant fee to Manor Farm Cookery School (sort code 60-93-03, account number 00312398), print out and return a Booking Form for each student and a Children’s Disclaimer Form for those under 18 and send them to us by either email or post. You’ll receive an email confirmation of the place/s when all the documents have arrived.
