It is time again for the kids to show us all how it is done! This August, to celebrate the Summer Holidays, we are handing the reins over to the smallest among us. We want all of the volunteer roles to be filled by the kids of parkrun.

Whether you have a child who wants to be involved in the technical side of timing/scanning, the excitable cheering kids who can be excellent marshmallows (junior marshals), or even a dead confident potential Run Director for the day, then we want to hear from you!

Either comment within this event or email us at meltonmowbray@parkrun.com to volunteer. We just need their barcode number (or for under 4s, your barcode number).

Each time we have done these, the event has run as smoothly as ever with an incredible atmosphere. As Whitney said, “We! believe the children are the future. Volunteer and let them lead parkrun.”
