Pam has been a student of yoga for over 30 years and decided several years ago to train to teach it to others after a busy career in school teaching. Throughout her career, Yoga, Meditation and Breath work were the tools she used to help her manage the fast pace, long hours and workload of the job and passing these skills on to the children and colleagues spurred her on to get trained so she could share these practices to help others in managing the stresses of busy jobs and lives.
She now specialises in the slower, more mindful practices of Yoga which are proven to be of huge benefit in calming the nervous system and assisting in optimum brain function in order to bring about greater balance and equilibrium.
She is a highly skilled and trained Body Energy worker in the fields of Kinesiology and Reiki and along with Breath work and Meditation she facilitates a deeper connection to yourself throughout your Yoga practice.
