£ 80 per night – 2 night minimum stay
Check in is 3pm on the day of arrival and check out is 11am on the day of departure.
Payment and Deposit
To confirm your booking we require a 50% deposit paid by bank transfer or Paypal. Balance payment to be made prior to departure by cash, cheque, BACS or Paypal. The deposit paid is non-refundable. Cancellations less than 4 weeks before the arrival date will be liable for the full balance, unless we are able to re-let The Annex.

The Manor House, a grade 2 listed stone property dating from the 15th century. Situated in the heart of the Vale of Belvoir in the village of Stathern, Leicestershire. Stathern allows easy access to Melton Mowbray, Grantham, Leicester and Nottingham with direct trains to London in just an hour.
We are passionate about providing a welcoming and relaxed stay to professionals and couples alike. We have our own Collie cross Alfie, however we don’t allow other dogs to stay at the Annex.
Stunning vistas, walking/cycling routes, restaurants, and local ale houses are only a stone’s throw away. Return to the Annex with its cosy & stylish ‘home-from-home’ feel and enjoy the fully equipped self-catering facilities. We provide a welcome breakfast hamper with homemade granola, jams, fresh coffee and local produce
