Vale of Belvoir Pubs are easy to come by, with plenty in the villages to choose from. Each pub or inn has its own uniqueness and are within reachable distances from each other.

The Welby Arms

The Welby Arms, Allington is a popular country pub providing good food, a well managed bar and overnight accommodation. It is a favourite stop for travellers on the A1 and also an excellent base for a short break for those wanting to explore the delights of South Lincolnshire.  Belton House and Woolsthorpe Manor, birthplace and family home of Sir Isaac Newton, (both National Trust properties) and Belvoir Castle, home of the Duke of Rutland, are all close by.

The Dirty Duck has recently been completely refurbished, and reopened on 15th July 2016, after being closed for nearly 2 years.
The bar has been opened up and offers a spacious atmosphere, in a rustic style where you can eat good food at a reasonable price, or sit and have a well-earned beverage, after a long walk or a busy day at work.
There is a large Beer Garden, looking on to the canal, which runs right past the pub, with wooden tables dotted about, between newly planted trees.
There are also a few comfy sofas on the Patio, where you can sit and relax in the sun and enjoy the beautiful views of the local countryside, with Belvoir Castle sitting in the background. The sunsets in the summer are spectacular.
We are planning to have an outside bar in this area, with a BBQ as well
